MazurLiner UV
Standard liner for most applications made of Advantex® glass fibre, with increased resistance to ageing soaked with IZO/NPG (neopentyl glycol acid-based isophtalic resin) resin-based polyester mixture. Curing system is made by UV radiation and initialization of coopelymerization process is performed by exposing the composite to UV lamps. This solution significantly reduces the sleeve curing time. The new products are highly strong and chemically resistant. The liner “high” version is impregnated with vinyl ester mixture, thus it is exceptionally resistant to chemicals and temperature (up to 90°C) maintaining other strength parameters.

MazurLiner II

Before the MazurLiner I liner UV is inserted into an old pipe, a so called slip membrane is inserted. The slip membrane is important during the liner mounting.
After removing obstructions in the channel using a milling robot sharp edges can be still present in the channel that can tear the liner apart. As a result water can get into contact with the laminate causing its “soaping” and consequently insufficient curing or even the liner can leak.
The slip membrane placed on the bottom of an old pipe is to prevent the pipe from such damage, and it improves renovation.
The slip membrane offered has a low friction coefficient, thus it requires significantly less effort during insertion.
In addition, before heavy liners are slipped between the slip membrane and the sleeve, additional moistened web can be placed reducing skin friction, and thus reducing forces during the sleeve installation.

The protective jeans protect the MazurLiner I and UV liners against opening at its ends where the “plugs/packers” are machined in intermediate wells, where the sleeve runs “free” form the channel (no “sleeve support”).
Our safety spreads are made of a durable, tear-resistant cotton material and are specially designed for MazurLiner installation. Standard length offered is L = 1.60 m.
For easy spread installation in intermediate wells we offer protective jeans with a zipper. They are applied on the liner is intermediate wells after it is slipped into the channel. Alternatively, the jeans spreads can be factory installed on request.
We offer jeans spreads with or without a zipper between ø150 and ø1200, standard length L = 1600 mm or other on request.
We offer standard hat profiles with connection flange length L = 20 cm (connection diameter/connection angle).

We also manufacture equipment for the production of brine in the form of a 20% salt solution for companies and establishments dealing with the maintenance of roads, in particular for combating slipperiness of the surface during the winter, and thus keeping the roads in condition for collision-free traffic in that period. The equipment manufactured by us is based on a fully automated system and it is fitted with a tank of standard capacity, from 6500 to 20000 dm3 but its size can be adjusted to individual customer needs.
The product has the “CE” marking in accordance with the certificate issued by the manufacturer.
The equipment is covered by a 24-month warranty, the terms of which are determined in the warranty card.
