Trenchless rehabilitation of sanitary sewage systems

We provide comprehensive services in the area of trenchless rehabilitation of sanitary sewers, storm drains and industrial sewage networks (conduits, sewer lateral lines, sewer chambers) using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology according to DIN EN ISO 11296-4: 2011. Ducts to be repaired and replaced may have different shapes and sizes. We successfully execute repairs of circular section, egg-shaped and bell-shaped pipes with diameters ranging from DN 200 mm to DN1400mm. To execute our works we utilise fibre liners, manufactured according to our own solutions, which are cured using hot water, steam or UV hardening methods, depending on the requirements and conditions. In accordance with the expectations of customers, the liners applied in the repairs can be characterised by various parameters as far as the type of material, its thickness, strength or chemical resistance are concerned. As part of the comprehensive performance of works, we also execute sewer lateral lines using top hat liners and repair drainage and sewage chambers either in the technology of mechanical spraying or manual application of construction chemicals and thin Glass-Reinforced Plastic (GRP) panels. Starting from cleaning and preparation of conduits and sewer chambers, the scope of our comprehensive services also includes the production of pre-execution photographic documentation of sewage chambers and sewer lateral lines as well as the CCTV inspection of ducts, the execution of preparatory works necessary for the performance of works, proper rehabilitation of ducts, connections and chambers, and finally, post-execution CCTV inspection.

We also execute the following works:

  • trenchless rehabilitation of sanitary sewers, storm drains and industrial sewer systems using CIPP liners DN200 – DN1400mm;
  • trenchless CIPP rehabilitation of sewer lateral lines;
  • rehabilitation of drainage and sewage chambers with the application of construction chemicals and Glass-Reinforced Plastic (GRP) panels;
  • replacement of sewer manholes;

Cleaning of sanitary sewage systems

We utilise our specialised equipment such as FFG high-pressure sewer cleaning water recycling vehicles and Schwalm milling cutters for cleaning of sanitary sewers and storm drains or industrial sewage pipes with various sections and diameters, restoring them to full patency and functionality.

We provide:

  • hydro-mechanical cleaning of the ducts ranging in diameter from DN200 to DN1400;
  • milling of deposits, roots, concrete and other obstacles causing a decrease in the cross-section of a duct channel in the range of DN200-DN600.

Cctv inspection of sanitary sewage systems

The Company owns modern equipment, mainly manufactured by iPEK, to perform CCTV inspections of conduits with different cross-sections and diameters, ranging from DN200 to DN1400. The visual inspection is performed in accordance with the PN-EN 13508-2:2011 standard by means of a self-propelled colour video camera fitted with rotating heads, with adequate lighting and WinCan specialised software. We deliver the results of the inspection to the Customer on a CD / DVD and we also provide a report which contains the description of the location of sewer lateral lines, any damage found in the ducts and a graph of longitudinal falls.

The inspection that we perform (in addition to its purely inventory-taking nature) is also intended to illustrate the accuracy of:

  • laying a new sewer system;
  • performed works related to cleaning, milling, rehabilitation or point repairs of ducts.

Point repairs of sanitary sewage systems

In addition to the trenchless repairs in the technology where the CIPP “long liners” are used, we also make point repairs of conduits along lengths less than between two access points (two drains), using the short liner method called “packer”. The “short liner” repair method is a technique for carrying out repairs on the drains with diameters of 200 to 600 mm where glass fibre liners, 0.5 m to 1.0 m long, saturated with epoxy or silicate resin mixtures are inserted along the length of the pipe.

Point repairs executed by our company also include the sealing of the inclusion of sewer lateral lines to the mainline, using the top hat type fittings or so called “packer-and-top-hat” type fittings, saturated with epoxy or silicate resin mixtures. The sewer lateral lines are sealed with top hat fittings or packer-and-top-hat fittings for connections of DN100-DN250 mm in diameter.
